Article 1 - Parties
This distance services agreement (“Agreement”) on one side:

Article 2 - The subject
The subject of this agreement is to determine the procedures and principles regarding the remote booking of the accommodation service that the Service Provider will provide to the Customer via the website or remote communication tools, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties.

Article 3 - Basic Features and Cost of the Service
• Service: Accommodation
• History and accommodation details: dates and room type selected by the customer at the time of booking
• Price: not specified and approved at the time of booking, the total amount (including taxes)
• Payment methods: online payment systems or havale/EFT

Article 4 - payment and Booking Conditions
• Reservation and payment are finalized by the approval of the service provider.
• A deposit for bookings received, the booking may be cancelled if payment is not made within the specified time.

Article 5 - cancellation and amendment Conditions
• General period: at least 72 hours prior to the accommodation date will be refunded the amount paid in case of cancellation or changes can be made.
• In the months of July and August: Deposit is non-refundable.
• Free cancellation period has passed after cancellations or no-show in case of the payment is not refundable.
• Special conditions apply at the time of booking and the customer shall be approved by the selected price plan.

Cancellation and refund policies
SAJIDA HANIM KONAGI - CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES
• Booking after payment is finalized.
• Accommodation in the case of cancellation 72 hours prior from the date of payment will be refunded or changes can be made.
July Aug. * No refund will be made for the deposit in July and August.
• Free cancellations made after the cancellation period has passed, or case of no-show, the payment will not be refunded.
• The customer has chosen price plan at the time of booking cancellation/refund approves the terms of the settlement.

PRIVACY POLICY

• The personal information shared by the customer (full name, phone, e-mail, identity information, booking details) only for the purposes of the reservation process and service delivery will be used.
• To third parties will not be shared outside of legal obligations.
• For data security, reasonable technical and administrative measures are taken.
• The deletion of the customer within the scope of KVKK, correction, such as information retrieval, all rights reserved.
